An error occurred while using an application. What should I do?

First of all please be sure that the error you discovered is really an error and it's caused by the application you are using. For that reason please take a look in the documentation. Also check the file buglist.txt (if it's available) to see whether the problem is already known.

If the problem cannot be resolved please write an email to support@mickbitsoftware.com. Please describe the problem as detailed as possible.

Here is a list of which information you should include:

• Which application causes the problem?
• Is it possible to reproduce the error (and how)?
• What is the content of the error message?
• You also could add a screenshot. Simply press Ctrl+Print to copy the an image of the content of the screen to the clipboard.
